This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to KREONE EMPIRE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company"), operating under the commercial brand Kreone Host ("Service").

1. Nature of Services

Kreone Host delivers intangible digital services, including web hosting accounts, server configurations, domain services, and related online technical solutions. We do not manufacture, package, ship, or deliver physical goods.

2. Service Delivery Timelines & Mode

• Instant Digital Delivery: Web hosting services, shared hosting packages, and related digital products are provisioned electronically. Upon successful payment verification through our integrated payment gateways, hosting accounts are activated immediately or within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Delivery Confirmation: Login credentials, cPanel details, nameserver records, and welcome documentation are dispatched electronically to the customer’s registered email address and made accessible directly within the Client Area.

• Custom / Dedicated Setup: Virtual private servers or custom configurations requiring manual provisioning are deployed within 12 to 24 hours from order confirmation.

3. Non-Delivery & Resolution

If your service activation email is delayed or your hosting account does not appear active in your Client Area within 1 hour of payment confirmation:

• Check your registered email's Spam/Junk folders.

• Contact our support desk immediately at info@kreonehost.com or open a ticket from the Client Area.

4. Shipping Charges

As all products and services offered are delivered 100% digitally, there are zero shipping, courier, or packaging fees associated with any order.
